This week the message is different but it will still be filled with more for YOU. I am not doing a Tuesday Q&A this week because many of you are still soaking up all of the great information from the MYOB (Mind Your Own Business) online conference that you might explode if I gave you another video this week! Next, the opportunities I want to share just can’t be contained in my usual 5 minute vlog!!
By the way, I had a wonderful time being one of the presenters at the MYOB conference this year!! I want to thank everyone who attended and reached out to talk with me online.
It’s Time for a Change:
Have you ever been at a place in your life or business where you knew it was time to make changes? You knew if you were ever going to grow to the next level, you had to do something different but you didn’t know how to get started. I have been there.
I have also been at a place where I could see the big picture of what I could create or accomplish and I knew what I had to do to get it but I needed support as I took those long steps. I needed a sounding board from a knowledgeable advisor that could keep me balanced and encouraged. Well I took steps to receive that support. I feel it was the only decision I could make.
I had come too far in my business to turn around and stop. I was at a place where quitting would actually be harder than moving forward!
This makes me think of the members of the March Mastermind Networking and Marketing Group (online). They took a step toward change and now this part of our journey together will be coming to an end next month. There has been so much learned so far. This was the first Mastermind group and I am excited for every single member that is working hard to make true changes to reach their business goals and dreams.
What are you willing to do if you recognize you need to make some changes? I really want you to think about this because the time is now. You are too far along to give up and you have gone as far as you can go alone.

“Speaking” the Dream Into Existence:
I am looking to work intensely in more one-on-one coaching and strategy sessions. I will start by taking a limited number of professionals to work with. I have a desire to help more mental health professionals experience breakthroughs in their lives and businesses. You may be a seasoned professional wanting to enhance your business or a newer professional eager to learn the foundations of being a successful entrepreneur. No matter which one you are, you must be DRIVEN, FOCUSED, and DETERMINED TO GIVE IT YOUR ALL, to take advantage of this opportunity.
Am I describing you? If you need this please fill out an application here. I will go through each application carefully because it is important that we are a good fit for each other. All information shared will be kept confidential and I will be the only one to view the information.
If it appears to be a good fit, I’ll reach out to schedule a complimentary 30 minute initial coaching and strategy session (through Skype, Google Hangouts, or Phone.) We will do a good amount of work in that time. We will review your goals, the actions you have taken, the beliefs you have, and why you’re doing or not doing what needs to be done.
I genuinely want you to be successful. You can always count on me to tell you the truth about your journey, your efforts, and your progress. Sometimes that means hearing what you do not want to hear at times but it also means breaking through those beliefs and behaviors that are holding you back.
After our initial time together, if we both agree that this will be a good fit, we will work together for a minimum of 3 months. We will have 3 strategy sessions per month and you will have unlimited e-mail support from me.
This is a MAJOR opportunity for the right people and that is why I can only accept a limited amount of applicants at this time. I will be in touch with every single applicant, starting next week. The sooner you apply the better.
The Support of a Village:
If you want group support, a new Mastermind Networking and Marketing Group (online) will be starting 2015. This is your opportunity to create change in your practice, get encouragement from others, and be held accountable to the goals you set. If you are prepared to attend the live group calls, this will be a good fit. Even though the group calls will be recorded, your group members depend on your feedback and support. I want for you to go to the next level because that means you will be helping more people and helping more people you are truly passionate about working with.
Initially, it may seem like 6 months would give you too much time but guess what? I have had some members of the group say they needed MORE time to implement each new skill and tool every month!! Once joining the group, some members realized that they were not as clear about their business plans for growth as they thought. Others, were able to develop consistent marketing and networking strategies that have allowed them opportunity to meet new referral sources and speak to more people in their target population.

The Counselor Entrepreneur Mastermind Group has been helpful in organizing my thoughts and process regarding building my presence online and in my community.
