*Counseling Fee Shame (C.F.S) – A condition where mental health professionals try to avoid discussing their fees due to extreme discomfort with the amount they charge for services.  They may even hide fees in hopes that money does not become a topic of discussion.  This conditions manifests when fees are uncomfortably low and when fees are uncomfortably high.  Mores cases of C.F.S have been related to uncomfortably high fees.
